Role overview
Offering expert guidance, diagnoses, and treatment to patients within our specialist weight management services. This is a fully remote, permanent, part-time position with a minimum of 8 hours per week.
Ultimately, this person is focusing on patient care and being our advocate externally, meaning being available during working hours to some extent and building relationships with our clinical & commercial teams.
Conduct assessments, provide treatment, and oversee comprehensive treatment plans for patients enrolled in our weight management programs, ensuring a high standard of care.
Leverage our digital health platform to conduct virtual consultations, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to our patients remotely.
Oversee the development and assessment of treatment plans for patients, reviewing and refining them to ensure optimal outcomes in weight management.
Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) of healthcare professionals including Dieticians, Psychologists, Obesity Nurse Specialists, and Medical Leads.
Provide expert clinical oversight and ensure adherence to clinical governance processes, including input to support the quality and safety of our novel GLP1 pharmacotherapy pathways.
Contribute your expertise and offer valuable insights to help continually improve our weight management services.

Key skills and qualifications
Experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine disorders with expertise in diabetes and weight management.
Experience working in or with the NHS - ideally within an NHS Tier 3 weight Management Service.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
Medical Degree - MBBS or equivalent.
Full registration with the GMC and inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register for Endocrinology.
