As part of a practice that brings research and analytics expertise together with deep industry knowledge, you’ll develop change programmes that are not only innovative, but deliver the most positive impact for all, and in doing so you’ll develop trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders.Within Programme Leadership, the continued success of our Financial Services practice means that we are looking to grow the team further by recruiting individuals with experience from across Retail and Commercial Banking, Building Societies, Wealth and Asset Management, Capital Markets, Insurance and Reinsurance.Your roleAssist with the design and development of major programmes, including programme strategy and set up, programme / portfolio delivery, and assurance reviews Support transformation workstreams including the development of plans, managing critical paths and interdependencies to deliver major change successfully Support progress delivery, including, progress reporting, risk management and financial controls in relation to a project, programme or workstream Support the growth of client relationships, identifying new opportunities within both existing and new clients, and supporting proposals to win work Support the development of our propositions, solutions and methods, and industry points of view Demonstrate good presentation, facilitation and communication skills across all levels of client and Deloitte stakeholdersConnect to your skills and professional experience You’re curious and natural at taking initiative.  We have unique challenges to solve, and often in unique contexts.You should have experience in most of the following:Project / Programme management and Project Management Office (PMO), including understanding the development of plans, governance, reporting, RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Dependency) management, and project toolsExperience in delivering at least one of the following types of programmes: (1) Organisation Transformation, (2) Regulation, (3) Mergers and Acquisitions, (4) Post Merger Integration, (5) Sustainability and Climate Industry / Sector specific knowledge (across one of more of Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Investment & Wealth Management) and understanding trends in programme leadership, bringing lessons learnt and insights to clients and the wider Deloitte groupExperience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating to deliver change in fast-paced project environments Ability to develop and manage client and stakeholder relationships across various levels of an organisation, and the confidence to develop and share their own opinionsThe ability to self-motivate and to own problems, with a strong attention to detail and effective communication skills A demonstrable track record of continuous professional development Experience of working within Financial Services is not required, but a keen interest in the industry and key themes driving transformation in the market is essentialConnect to your business – ConsultingDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, and collaborative working.
