Job DescriptionWe have an outstanding benefits package which includes:Company-provided healthcareA competitive annual leave allowanceFlexible working options, including hybrid working arrangementsGenerous pension provisionsIncome protectionHealth and wellness benefitsVolunteering daysEnhanced parental leaveLife insuranceYour role:We are looking for our next Consultant Relations Directorin our London OR Henley-on-Thames office based in the EMEA Consultant Relations team!In this role you will focus on business development and relationship management with global and regional consultants with a primary focus on private markets.What we are we looking for:Manage and develop relationships with select global and alternatives consultant firms with a focus on private markets (in-particular real estate and private credit) - across research and field consultantsBuild engagement at all levels of experience and seniority, achieving "buy" ratings for Invesco products/ strategies (including finding opportunities for teamwork on new products), collaborating with the direct sales team to commercialise achieved ratingsSupport business development efforts with select institutional investors including endowments, foundations, family offices and pension funds with a focus on private marketsPlan and lead fundraising roadshows for all relevant productsUpdate CRM systems with ongoing engagements and updating key internal partnersWhat you can bring:Strong experience working in asset management / consultancy sale s/ client facing roles, experience of working in consultant relations and /or investor relationsDeep understanding of real estate and private credit asset classes.  Experience with public markets would be a plusUnderstanding of fundraising process associated with closed end fundsAn existing network across investment consultants and institutional investors a plusIMC/Actuary/CFA preferredComfortable with discussing technical topics related to investments, portfolio construction and asset allocationStrong work ethic and organizational skillsAbility to work well within a team is essentialProven ability to communicate complexity with simplicityExperience with Salesforce, advanced Microsoft Office SuiteFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)NoWorkplace ModelAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
