As a Consulting Manager, you will lead and guide a dynamic team of skilled problem solvers, leveraging your extensive consulting expertise and industry knowledge. Your role will be pivotal in orchestrating client engagements, driving implementation across our services offerings, and offering strategic insights that help shape business outcomes. This role involves co-ordinating cross functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our junior team members fostering a culture of excellence within our consulting and firm s ecosystem. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of high-impact consulting and implementation services ensuring client satisfaction and business growth for our global portfolio of private and listed small, mid, and large cap companies including many well-known FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1,000 clients. Can discuss digital finance technology and process in detail with seamless transition between the two. Assist in developing executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people. Execute and lead multiple project management activities including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications. Attention to detail in executing work products with excellent follow-through. Effective organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities. Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance Possesses strong people management skills, adheres to our performance development framework, and can coach, manage, and mentor consulting team members, fostering professional and personal growth development. Embrace and adapt to evolving responsibilities, taking on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset. Qualifications and Desired Skills: Bachelor s or Master's Degree in a relevant-related field of study 5+ years of finance management consulting experience is required, showcasing a deep understanding of project methodologies and techniques. Proven track record in practice growth responsible for revenue and margin targets associated with technology implementation and finance transformation projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing. Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications. Experience with Implementing finance technology software, leading practices, and execution is required. Effective organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities. Develops executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people. Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture and demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day. Build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. Demonstrate willingness and ability to travel, facilitating on-site engagements and strengthening client relationships.
