Join a leader in the digital learning industry! I am working exclusively with a forward-thinking commercial company to hire a Contact Centre Enrolment Manager with experience of driving high performance in a direct to consumer / D2C / B2C digital sales / telesales environment. Ideally in higher education but this is not essential. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving results (lead conversion, student enrolment), I am seeking a Contact Centre Enrolment Manager to lead the dedicated enrolment sales team (3 direct reports, indirect reports c50) to new heights.
As the Contact Centre Enrolment Manager, you will be responsible for delivering results and improved performance through effective & efficient contact centre�operations, leveraging of technology, automation and AI and being data-driven to inform decisions.
You will be managing and leading a team of enrolment sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure targets are met and exceeded. This role requires a good understanding of selling digital services to consumers (ideally in the Higher Education space), organising & optimising Salesforce and converting leads into student/learner enrolments.
