CCP have been engaged by a brilliant new client in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Manager to lead their 20FTE contact centre operation.
Job Title: Contact Centre Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Bonus: Business performance (£75,000 - £80,000 OTE)
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Logistics: Office-Based
This role requires a physical presence in the operation 5 days per week across all 7 days on a rota, and we're looking for a senior leader with a number of key skills:
1. People Leadership: Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring people, leading by example.
2. Change & Transformation: Continuously looking at ways to improve, re-engineering processes where needed, improving operational efficiencies, focusing on quality.
3. Hands-On: A positive, can-do attitude, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in when needed.
4. Rota Management: Reviewing and improving current rota to improve efficiency.
5. Motor Trade Industry: This role is working for a business in the motor trade industry. While not essential, experience working in this space is highly beneficial.
