Contact Worker - Newtownards

We have an immediate need for 4 Temporary Contract Workers for our clients Family and Child Services team in Newtownards Co. Down ( Roles are for a Minimum of 3 months ). In this role you will work alongside qualified Social Workers within the Family and Child Services team, contributing to the assessment and support of clients including family members and young children that are experiencing difficult situations. This role is suitable for someone who is currently studying social work or has an interest in social work. It is also preferred that candidates have previous experience to apply such as working in a school, childcare setting, youth work, or care assistant for a minimum of 6 months with a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a care related subject. Successful candidates must be NISCC registered and have a full driving licence valid for the UK with business insurance, and access to a car, as travel is essential. Mileage allowance payment provided weekly. Access NI Check will be completed prior to start date. The hours of work will mostly be Monday Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £12.86 per hour plus mileage.
