As a growing agency, they are looking to bring on an enthusiastic and creative Content Creator Apprentice to join their team and support them in delivering top-tier content and campaigns for their clients.
In this role you will work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Content Creation: Design engaging visual assets for digital campaigns using tools such as Photoshop and InDesign. Assist with multimedia content creation, including graphics, videos, and other marketing materials.
Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and managing organic social media posts and paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Content Calendars: Develop and maintain content and ad calendars to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and in line with client objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that project goals align with client expectations. Regularly communicate progress and collect feedback to refine content.
Performance Analysis: Analyse the performance of social media content and campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve audience engagement and content such as blogs and articles on industry-relevant topics for the Helmed website and clients' websites.
Reporting and Documentation: Organise project files, maintain brand assets, and prepare performance reports for internal team meetings.
Content Management System: WordPress for website content management.
Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other multimedia tools.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic Team
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£9,984 per annum

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
A strong passion for digital media and content creation.
Willingness to learn and grow within the Digital Media and Marketing sector.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and design tools is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
GCSE Maths (5/C) English (4/C) is essential
Your Training with Baltic:
You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You'll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
Beyond the fundamental apprenticeship modules, you'll delve into two Be-Spoke modules and one advanced Expert module. This personalised approach will hone your abilities and deepen your expertise, positioning you as a true leader in your field. The Be-Spoke and Expert modules you will complete are:
Adobe Create Cloud: Photoshop: Design, edit, and enhance images with Photoshop.
Adobe Create Cloud: InDesign: Design and publish professional layouts with InDesign.
Google Ads:Google Ads is one of the most powerful and widely used platforms in the marketing industry with 80% of global businesses using Google Ads for their PPC Campaigns. This hands-on, up to date training teaching you about the set-up options, what metrics you need to consider, how many campaign types there are and what type of traffic they can generate. You will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice using Googles own practice account and providing you with the opportunity to gain an industry-recognised Google Ads certification!
