Content Creation Specialist – Hybrid Opportunity ? Location: Hybrid/Travel along the M4 corridor (on-site three times per week)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum DOE + vehicle allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.


• Create high-quality content including photography, video, and written materials.


• Work closely with internal teams to showcase company achievements, events, and news.


• Manage online communities and ensure strong audience interaction.


• Monitor social media insights and adjust strategy to maximise impact.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.


• Strong visual storytelling skills – knowledge of photography, video production, and editing is a plus.
