The position of the Content Manger is crucial in driving our B2B SaaS marketing strategy, focusing on delivering engaging and impactful content across all digital and traditional platforms.This role is an important addition to our growing marketing team, offering a significant opportunity to shape and influence our content across all platforms. Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, this role involves managing the development and execution of our content strategy, ensuring consistency in brand voice and maximising the impact of our digital presence. This role is designed for a dynamic professional eager to drive our brand forward through innovative content and robust brand stewardship, significantly contributing to improved customer experience and business growth.Content Creation: Devise content plan and editorial calendar for all marketing channels in conjunction with Head of MarketingCreate content that engages and inspires audiences to interact with the brand for all online and offline channels (including email, website, landing pages, case studies, sequences, infographics, newsletters, blogs, press releases, by-lined articles, white papers, information sheets, corporate videos and scripts for webinars and podcasts)Work with key stakeholders to create high value thought leadership contentWrite and edit content ensuring a high degree of accuracy for all platformsCreate and source new content topics, ideas and themes for communications Tailoring, tracking and distributing contentRe-purpose and tailor content for distribution across all media and all key target audiences across outbound and inbound channels. (e.g. inc. sequences, Sales email templates - starter for 10, website, eBooks/guides)Track topical issues and identify news hooks relevant to our marketing campaigns to be leveraged for content creation/execution benefitMeasure and evaluate feedback on distributed content to continuously improve (including social media feedback, PR, marketing campaigns (inbound & outbound))Track competitor communications and content with a view to ensuring we differentiate our brand and stand out in the marketBrand development and stewardshipEnsure content is consistently on message and tone-of-voice across all channelsDevelop and continuously update value propositions for key sectors, specialism and software capabilitiesWork with Marketing and Sales team to ensure the integrity of the brand is maintained and reflected in all elements of our presence at eventsWork with Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to provide communications, design & production support at key eventsWeb content developmentWork with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure that the website content increases site engagement and drives the desired demand via campaigns (inbound and outbound)Use engagement metrics to drive the development of future contentWork with the Head of Marketing and the Digital Marketing Executive to develop sector driven and relevant content for the website (by ICP/target audiences)Support the implementation of an SEO strategy for each key target sectorQualifications and Experience required:Degree in Marketing, English or related fieldMinimum 3 years Editorial and content experienceExcellent command of the English language with traditional writing skills and expertise in new media.Proven attention to detailStrong project management skillsExperience of implementing Social Media campaignsExperience working for a B2B SaaS organisationExperienced running and devising Content Marketing campaignsStrong knowledge and understanding of current trends in Social Media & SEOTrack record in content creation tools e.g. Canva, Adobe, InDesign, Video editingNative English SpeakerSalary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
