About the Role
This is one of the most unique roles you’ll come across in our little pocket of the world. An AI SaaS company moving from startup to scale-up. We’ve grown massively since inception and you’d be joining at our most exciting and challenging point.
We’ve found product market fit with a tight ICP and target audience of Customer Experience & Insight Professionals. It will be your job to work in tandem with our sector specialists, Product Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to create a content calendar that engages and builds brand equity with this audience.
We’ve had massive success running webinars and our newsletters so far but there’s so much more we can do. You’ll be a master at copywriting but also be clued up on what works well in long & short-form video. You don’t need to be a top-tier editor, we’ve got tools for that!
What you need to excel at is understanding what will resonate with our target audience, how to create that in several mediums and then ultimately distribute it to them to build brand awareness.
Responsibilities
You will own all aspects of the Content Creation process for your sectors, including:
● Develop and execute content strategies
● Own the content strategy, creation and roadmap
● Make sure there’s a plan to distribute your content
● Improve and build on existing assets
● Measure the impact of content
● Collaborate cross-functionally
● Constantly improve our content creation process
● Create the best content assets in the game for our chosen topics and sectors
Skills Profile
Required
● 2+ years’ experience creating content across a variety of platforms and mediums
Desired
● Software or SaaS experience

How to Apply -
CV and Introductory Video
Please send your current CV to ##### along with a short (5 min max!)
introductory video, explaining:
● A little about you—what kind of person are you at work and away from it?
● What excites you about the role, Wordnerds and the challenge we solve
● Why, specifically, are you a great candidate to join the team
We’re not after Hollywood production standards—an uncut phone video is absolutely fine—and we get that not everyone is an extrovert. Be yourself, we’re interested in what you can bring to the team, not how well you’re suited to be a TV presenter.
