Contentious Probate Solicitor NQ to 3 PQE

Our client, an, award winning boutique Private Client firm is seeking a talented Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and estate administration issue.
• Assist with contentious court of protection matters, including applications, preparation for hearings and representing the firm at said hearings.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor NQ to of 3 years of experience in contentious probate
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural rules
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
