Continuous Improvement Manager – London (Hybrid)£60,000 - 65,000 plus benefits A leading national Retailer is looking for an experienced Digital Continuous Improvement Manager to join the Food team. As the Continuous Improvement Manager for Digital Food operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and management of continuous improvement change across our Food Digital models. Your key responsibilities as the Digital Continuous improvement Manager will includeDevelop and implement digital improvement strategies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste within Food.Identify opportunities for process improvements using data analytics, automation, and other digital tools.Lead various cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects.Plan and deliver implementation of agreed projects swiftly to achieve correct and first time successful.Using advanced analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Continuously monitor performance of changes post implementation, review feedback and manage and required amendments.Collaborate with IT and various operations teams to integrate new technologies and ensure seamless adoption of projects.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Key requirement for the roleProven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or digital transformation within the food industry.Strong Business Project & Change Management skills – Experience using Lean but also Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.Confident and proficient in using data analysis and digital tools, Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities.If you think you have the right Digital Continuous Improvement management experience and want to be given the opportunity to advance your career with a leading retailer, then get in touch and apply today.
