Continuous Improvement Manager

Working at a senior level with an impressive FMCG supplier within the fresh food arena, the position of Continuous Improvement Manager is offered as a new opportunity to become fundamental in Programme & Project Management, Business Improvement and Strategy Development.

Building key relationships across all departments within the business, promoting, introducing and implementing continuous improvement, operational efficiency enhancement, change management and project improvements, this role requires a passionate, dedicated, and honest individual who can work to identify areas of improvement through interaction, understanding, and determination to see a process of improvement through from start to finish.

With a dedicated approach to drive continuous improvement, building positive relationships across all departments, and implementing efficiencies to achieve a high level of site performance, the CI Manager will become part of a highly regarded senior team, gaining a positive platform to enhance services offered to an impressive customer portfolio.

Key requirements

Food Manufacturing or similar sector experience

Ability to coach and develop operational teams and individuals

Excellent problem solving and analytical ability, with a data-driven approach

Passionate and professional, with the ability to work positively across the business

Experience in Continuous Improvement and Change / Project management in an operational domain

Strong project managements skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion

Salary: up to £70k + Car Allowance

Salary will be dependent on experience offered.

Location: Kent - The site location is commutable from Essex and Kent.
