We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist, focusing on enhancing performance and driving change within the organisation using Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies. The aerospace industry continuously strives for innovation and excellence, and this role will contribute to safer and more sustainable aviation technologies for present and future generations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Lean Sigma tools to impact cost, quality, and delivery performance positively
- Drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organisation
- Work closely with teams at all levels to ensure best practices are shared and implemented
- Influence and support changes to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction
- Coach operational teams and provide training and facilitation on Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies
- Manage and implement change projects within the industrial domain
- Occasional travel to other locations may be required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in leading continuous improvement and change projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience of working with management teams
- Proven experience in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies
- Operational experience in aerospace or an industrial environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and Minitab
- Good knowledge of project management and change management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
