We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist, focusing on enhancing performance and driving change within the organisation using Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies. The aerospace industry continuously strives for innovation and excellence, and this role will contribute to safer and more sustainable aviation technologies for present and future generations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use Lean Sigma tools to impact cost, quality, and delivery performance positively
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organisation
  • Work closely with teams at all levels to ensure best practices are shared and implemented
  • Influence and support changes to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction
  • Coach operational teams and provide training and facilitation on Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies
  • Manage and implement change projects within the industrial domain
  • Occasional travel to other locations may be required
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement and change projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience of working with management teams
  • Proven experience in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies
  • Operational experience in aerospace or an industrial environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and Minitab
  • Good knowledge of project management and change management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
