Overview
This is a temporary position for 3 months initially with a view to extend or make permanent
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (flexible working required to meet the needs of a demanding client. This may include some staggered rota patterns
The role will also require travel to another client site twice weekly (pool car will be provided)
Based:� DHL/The Range Wakefield Distribution Centre, Premier Way North,�Pontefract WF6 1GY for 3 days
DHL/The Range Stafford Distribution Centre, Stafford ST18 9AR for 2 days
Reports to:����������������������� Contract Manager �
Key Responsibilities:�������

• Deliver the highest levels of support to the sites aligned to the Client. �This should include but not be limited to:��������������������� �������
  
  • Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
  • Answering recruitment enquires
  • Screening, processing and on boarding candidates for induction & training
  • Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
  • Maintaining best practice as outlined by the business.
  • Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues
  • Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
  
  

• Management of all systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity
• Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
• Ensure all personal objectives are always met.

• PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

• Previous recruitment experience is preferable
• Must have a full, clean driving license
