Contract Leader - Swiss Market

SODA established our Switzerland contracts team in November 2023, we have signed large clients across Fintech, consultancy, Pharma, and tech. We are a next-generation recruitment specialist working across Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, Design, Marketing & Sales and Product Management. Our SODA squad operates in the UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), USA (Boston) to deliver a solution-focused, bespoke, personal service to employers and candidates across embedded, outsourced and retained hiring solutions.This isn't your average replacement role, it's all about driving growth of the Swiss build out. This is currently a team of 4, with experience ranging from Associate to senior Principal level and we are looking for a Business Leader to come in and head up this team.
