Contract Manager - Fire Protection

My client is�a well established�regional contractor specialising in the fire protection sector, delivering fire protection works to properties across the UK.

They have a good long term pipeline, with a well thought out business strategy. They have some very exciting plans for their fire protection division, and the backing to fund this growth.

Due to a recent upturn in works, they're looking to employ a contract manager to oversee their fire stopping works. You will be based in their Leeds office, but maybe expected to travel to various sites / clients.

You will come from a fire protection background, will be strong technically and will typically be responsible for:-

• Planning / programming works


• Overseeing multiple projects


• Client liaison for projects


• Oversee compliance in line with safety regulations


• Monitor project�costs in line with project�budgets
