A thriving and customer driven warehousing & logistics client currently seeks a likeminded Manager for a growing customer contract, with plenty of opportunity for growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a small team to deliver outstanding levels of service delivery to their Blue-Chip client.

Day to Day requirements:

• Good communication


• Good organisation


• Works to processes and manages staff within the processes


• Works to KPI’s


• Used to Goods in / Goods Out / Picking activity


• Can do attitude to ensure we succeed daily to customer requirements


• Responsible for head count Vs outputs – ensuring job is done


• Training and development of team


• Deal with issues and investigations if errors are found


• Responsible for inventory and ensure PI checks are completed

Further requirements:

• Confident in dealing with an international Blue-Chip client via email, telephone and face to face meetings.


• Ability to see opportunities to enhance service delivery through improved processes.


• Have personal drive to further develop skills / career


• Ability to communicate and engage colleagues at all levels
