Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects within the care home, social housing, or multi-room sectors, ranging from £10m to £25m.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage contracts from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract law and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the care home, social housing or multi-room sectors
Willing & Able to travel Nationwide for sites
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within the £10m - £25m range.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of contract law and industry best practices.
