Location: Remote - with visits to sites Nationwide, as wand when required.
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: �60k - �80k(negotiable based on experience) + expense

We're representing a highly reputable Tier 1 main contractor, specialising in civil engineering and construction, who are looking for an outstanding Structural Steel Contracts Manager. This exciting opportunity is within their steel fabrication division, overseeing a variety of prestigious projects across the UK. Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of projects across the UK. Your duties will include organising and monitoring works from tender to completion, managing budgets and schedules, liaising with clients, overseeing site works, and ensuring compliance and visiting sites as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate site works and manage fitting contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Maintain communication with senior management through reports and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Projects/Contracts Management experience in steel fabrication and site work.
• Must hold a relative degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving license required.
• Must be a good team player, happy to get stuck in and aid the team.
