Join our team to find a purpose-driven career, an inclusive culture, and robust benefits to support u your /u life while you're working to help others. /p p b Position Overview /b /p p The Contract Manager will be primarily responsible for commercial deals and contracts with public and private health providers across the UK, Ireland and Nordic countries, for current and future tests. The main function of this role will be to enhance contract terms, negotiation with procurement teams and to co-ordinate the implementation of commercial strategies. The Contract Manager will work in close collaboration with the Country Manager, Marketing Manager, National Sales Manager and Finance teams. This role will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, UK. /p p This role is based in the London office or remote from UK. /p p b Essential Duties /b /p p Include, but are not limited to, the following: /p ul li Manage and administer all public and private (insurer and hospital groups) contracts across Northern Europe. /li li Project manage renegotiation of terms for private providers, assessing pricing and optimising payment terms. /li li Propose innovative pricing schemes as appropriate to the leadership team. /li li Lead and influence without direct authority and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. /li li Drive tough decision-making while balancing business goals, technical implications, and timelines. /li li Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. /li li Support and comply with the company's policies and procedures. /li li Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviours for the organization. /li li Travel Requirements: 50%+ Travel. br /li /ul p b Minimum Qualifications /b /p ul li Bachelor's Degree /li li 5+ years' commercial experience within the healthcare sector, ideally within sales, negotiation or commercial role. /li li Able to demonstrate success in contract/sales negotiations. /li li Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives. /li li Knowledge of funding mechanisms within the NHS, knowledge of the Nordic countries and Ireland a bonus. /li li Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. /li li Strong team working skills within a matrix organisation. /li li Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines. /li li Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to see the big picture. /li li Demonstrable negotiation skills. /li li Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. /li li Highly organized and self-motivated. /li li Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. /li /ul p Our success relies on the experiences and perspectives of a diverse team, and Exact Sciences fosters a culture where all employees can develop personally and professionally with a sense of respect and belonging.
