We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor who specialise in energy efficiency, decarbonisation & retrofit works within Social Housing properties across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Contractor and can make a real impact within this developing role, as well as being at the forefront of its expansion and development.
Our client is currently looking to expand their operation in the Northeast and are recruiting for a Contracts Manager with knowledge of Air Source Heat Pump Installation, EWI, Solar PV installation etc.
• Manage the identification of site hazards and ensure assessments and risk control methods are implemented
You will have a strong background within Energy Efficiency works and contract management skills.

- You will be required to manage site personnel on projects, organising daily activities and resources to meet the requirements of individual contracts.
- Initially will be the main liaison with subcontractor teams with a view to building own team of installers.
- Building a positive working relationships with clients and tenants, including regular client meetings and liaison.
- Develop and monitor progress and ensure the contracts are delivered on time
