Your New Role
As the PFI Contract Manager, your responsibilities include coordinating and managing in-house and outsourced services for a portfolio of bluelight properties. This involves overseeing both hard and soft services while ensuring compliance with PFI targets and processes.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Previous experience in a PFI role managing hard and soft FM contracts. Strong stakeholder management skills along with fantastic communication skills.
What You’ll Get in Return
The PFI Contract Manager position in and around Exeter, South West. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home, the office, and customer sites. It’s a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5-hour work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). The starting salary is £40,000, along with a £3,000 car allowance and 27 days of annual leave.
