We're looking for a
Contract Manager
to join our utilities arm of Kier called Natural Resources, working hybrid from home, office and across sites in the Southwest.

Location : working hybrid from home, Exeter office and across sites in the Southwest.
Contract : Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Framework Manager the
Contract Manager
will be responsible for financial monitoring and control of the contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance in accordance with Kier's Operating Framework, Project Lifecycle Management, and IMS.
Your day to day will include:
Financial monitoring and control of the contracts as well as ensuring contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
Forming, growing and maintaining excellent working relationships with client and clients teams to ensure their needs are met.
Identifying opportunities to improve contractual processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
Ensuring projects are programmed in P6 to a level of detail necessary for operational teams to deliver the projects and that the programmes are contractually compliant
Reviewing monthly CVRs with project teams, implementing necessary actions
Chairing and attending internal and external meetings and ensuring the production of accurate records of any discussions and actions

Contract Manager
is great for you if you have:
With experience in a similar role, you'll hold relevant qualifications and experience in a construction environment with excellent people and contract management skills.
Knowledge and experience of operating within a Design and Build framework environment.
Excellent NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness and Target Cost contracts including the Early Warning and Compensation Event mechanisms.
