Location: Hampshire

Salary: 60,000 – 80,000

My client is a Renowned Glazing Contractor who have tasked us with finding a Contracts Manager for their Growing team.

Design Coordination:

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders during the design phase.

Ensuring that facade elements align with the overall building design and functionality.

Material Selection and Procurement:

Evaluating different facade materials (such as glass, metal, stone, etc.) based on aesthetics, durability, and cost.

Managing the procurement process, including negotiating with suppliers.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks related to facade construction and developing mitigation strategies.

Addressing unforeseen challenges during the project.

Client Communication:

Regularly updating clients on project progress, changes, and any issues.

Addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:

Understanding facade systems, thermal performance, waterproofing, and structural requirements.

Staying informed about industry trends and innovations.
