Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Act as the primary managerial contact for qualitative, financial, and contractual management of services.
- Liaise effectively with the Managing Agent's representatives and facility users.
- Attend and contribute to strategic meetings, implementing service solutions.
- Oversee compliance and personnel management related to the contract.
- Train staff in plant operation and emergency procedures.
- Review and propose advancements in technology for energy efficiency.
- Maintain and back-up records in line with business continuity plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in managing electrical contracts within a technical or facilities management environment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including HV operations.
- Client-facing and communication skills.
- Leadership with the ability to manage and train staff.
- Familiarity with UK statutory requirements and industry practices.
- Risk assessment and method statement proficiency.
