Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Act as the primary managerial contact for qualitative, financial, and contractual management of services.
• Liaise effectively with the Managing Agent's representatives and facility users.
• Attend and contribute to strategic meetings, implementing service solutions.
• Oversee compliance and personnel management related to the contract.
• Train staff in plant operation and emergency procedures.
• Review and propose advancements in technology for energy efficiency.
• Maintain and back-up records in line with business continuity plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in managing electrical contracts within a technical or facilities management environment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, including HV operations.
• Client-facing and communication skills.
• Leadership with the ability to manage and train staff.
• Familiarity with UK statutory requirements and industry practices.
• Risk assessment and method statement proficiency.
