Are you a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager with a background in M&E Facilities Management? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and manage operations for a well recognized FM company looking after a�client in the R&D technology sector in Bristol.
This FM company looks after some high profile clients across different� Government, Healthcare and Not for Profit facilities around the UK.

Key Responsibilities for a Contract Manager:

• Oversee a high-profile contract with 5 years remaining, managing an annual P&L budget of �2.5 million.


• Manage and lead a team of 6 direct reports on site, ensuring smooth operations and service delivery.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as the primary point of contact.


• Ensure all maintenance and engineering services meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements for a Contract Manager:

• Proven background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.


• Strong leadership and client-facing experience.


• Ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance.


• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
