What will I be doing?
As a Contract Manager, you will support the operational delivery of services for CitySprint's key customers by managing and developing significant contracts, building customer relationships, and ensuring SLA compliance.
The main responsibilities within the Contract Manager role are:
\n- Providing support across multiple contracts, ensuring high levels of customer service, and addressing client inquiries and issues.
\n- Collaborating with operations teams to monitor and achieve KPIs, service levels, and contractual commitments.
\n- Ensuring data accuracy and leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) insights to drive service improvements.
\n- Assisting with system management, including but not limited to the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
\n- Preparing for and participating in customer meetings, supporting the Senior Contract Manager and the wider contract management team in communicating operational updates and resolving issues.
\n- Identifying and implementing efficiency and quality improvements in service delivery.
\n- Monitoring account costs to ensure budget alignment and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
\n- Ensuring that service delivery complies with all relevant legislation and internal policies.
\n- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams to foster trust and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Skills needed for a Contract manager:
\n- Experience in contract management, logistics, or a related field, ideally with exposure to supporting multiple accounts
\n- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs)
\n- Excellent oral and written communication skills
\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
\n- Strong data handling and reporting skills
\n- Familiarity with logistical and warehouse management systems (WMS) (advantageous)
\n- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving responsibilities
