Contract Manager

Role: Refurbishment Contracts Manager

Location: Walsall, West Midlands, United Kingdom, WS2 9DY

Salary: �40-52,000 + package

Currently seeking a Contracts Manager with experience overseeing property refurbishments to support the continued growth of the business.�

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of a number of projects each ranging from �40k to �2M, ensuring efficient and timely completions.

You must possess:

• Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager


• Thorough Knowledge of relevant legislation,�


• Ability to undertake site surveys to scope and select appropriate solution to the issues presented


• Understanding of the importance of collating evidence for all completed works using systems such as bolster or site audit pro


• Capable of overseeing numerous projects and directly employed operatives and subcontractors.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Ability to produce health and safety documentation in line with current legislation


• Excellent man management capabilities


• Suitable Contract management qualifications
