New position to lead the contract / interim division for an established life science recruitment business. Manager / Associate Director Title £55,000 to £65,000 Base Salary + Commission (20%) Reading or London Based / Hybrid UK, EU & US Life Science / Life Science Engineering & Manufacturing / CDMO Contract MarketsThis is a new opportunity within a specialist life science recruitment busiensses. The objective is to establish and build out a team specialising in the life science contract market. You will be supported by and report to UK Managing Director.Objective will be to the grow the team to four or five consultants and £1million NFI within three years.Solid track record of billing within the contract market coupled with managing a team and building out a vertical is a prerequisite. The opportunity will suit a Senior Recruiter looking for an establsihed business with a positive cash flow to support the division's build out and growth.You will come from a life science / life science engineering or manufacturing (CDMO) contract market background with a proven track record in winning contract business and delivering on that business. Existing experience in building out and growing a vertical will be of real interest. You must reside in the Reading or London area. This is a high performance, high reward recruitment opportunity.
