You will work closely with our hiring managers and leadership team to understand our technical needs and ensure that we build a team capable of driving our technological initiatives forward.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels.Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs, providing guidance on best hiring practices and market trends.Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent in the supply chain and logistics sector.Employer Branding: Promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, industry events, and community engagement.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.Experience: Worked a 360 CONTRACT deskMid to Senior recruiter with experience in IT recruitment.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies relevant to supply chain and logistics, such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and transportation management software, or experience in Integration, application Software, hardware or change & transformation for IT as a whole.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for finding and securing top talent.Networking Ability: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong professional network within the IT and supply chain communities across the UK and EUROPE.
