Role: Business Analyst (Business Change & Transformation)Domain: Commodities TradingContract: 12 months initialRate: £600-650/d outside IR35Location: London (hybrid)A leading commodity trading house are offering the opportunity for a Transformation Business Analyst to join their team on a 12 month initial contract, working outside IR35.Responsibilities of the Transformation Business Analyst (Commodities Trading)The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on business change and transformation projects within commodities trading environments. Responsibilities will include current state analysis, business requirements gathering and documentation, business process re-engineering, writing UAT approach and UAT scenarios, operational readiness and project planning & tracking. You'll also play a key role in designing the business transformation Target Operating Model, including defining new project approval processes, defining transformation roles and responsibilities and creating key business change and transformation artefacts and templates.Requirements for the Transformation Business Analyst (Commodities Trading)5+ years experience working on large business change & transformation programmes within financial servicesStrong background in commodities trading environments (either trading houses or investment banks)Deep knowledge of the end-to-end derivatives trade lifecycleDirect experience in credit derivativesExcellent business orientationThis is a 12 month initial contract, working outside IR35 with a rate of £600-650/d. The role is hybrid in London with 3+ days per week in the office.
