Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Contracts and Procurement strategies for the Supply Chain team, including the EPC - Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical sectors.
  • Ensuring incorporation and negotiation of bid and project contract documentation to minimise risk and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Driving negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best commercial outcomes while upholding contracting principles.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers, Legal, and Finance Business Partners during the EPC to Client model transition.
  • Providing advice on Contracts and Procurement to project and other functional stakeholders.
  • Coaching junior supply chain team members on best practices in Contracts and Procurement.
  • Building supplier and subcontractor relationships through training, conferences, and networking, sharing supply chain knowledge to maintain market leadership.
  • Generating reports and benchmarking data to support strategic decision-making within the Contracts and Procurement function.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in a multi-project, multi-disciplinary environment with strong technical and commercial skills.
  • Experience working in a supply chain team with versatile project dynamics.
  • Proficiency in contract and procurement management, including contract administration.
  • Desirable experience with Energy or Construction industries
  • Demonstrable experience in supply chain management.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • HND/ Degree in Engineering/Science or a related Supply Chain Management qualification (e.g., CIPS).
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., CIPS) is desirable.
