Contracts Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Southwark, £46.11ph to £60ph PAYE Reference: RQ1304842 The rate is in the region of £45 to £60 per hour depending on the level of the post qualifying experience. You will ideally be an admitted Solicitor of England and Wales with at least 3 years post admission experience or a Barrister called to the bar of England and Wales with at least 3 years post call experience or a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Description: The role is for a contracts lawyer for an initial period of 3 months with an option to extend for a longer period. The candidate will be working mainly for a busy housing directorate covering procurements for repairs, major works, and a variety of other contracts. A mixed load of low and high-value contracts. Will be required to attend departmental contracts review boards and provide advice. Working arrangement hybrid with at least one day in the office in London Bridge.
