Operations Manager






  • Ensure revenue targets are met & remain aware of profit margins on each project under your management.

  • Manage day-to-day operations on site & dealing with any issues on projects under your management effectively.

  • Issue work orders & POs in line with project budgets.

  • Ensure works are completed to the correct standard & if not, ensure protocols/procedures are followed to rectify this.

  • Ensure correct information is given to H&S team to create RAMS.

  • Ensure no extra works are completed without an instruction/price agreed by the commercial team.

  • Verify & sign off subcontractor invoices complete with sign off sheets & match these with the relevant work order prior to passing these to accounts for payment.

  • Ensure project labour board is up to date & correct.

  • Reporting weekly progress of projects under your control to the Operations Director/Relevant member of the Commercial department to allow for forecasting.
