Contract Manager - Architectural Metalwork

LOCATION: Sheffield - sites nationwide(within the M25)

SALARY: Up to �65,000 + car

Join a leading UK architectural metalwork supplier, specialising in high-rise residential balcony packages and secondary steelwork.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural metalwork and secondary steelwork within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts efficiently, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeline constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural metalwork and secondary steelwork.
• CSCS and SMSTS certification required.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel to project sites nationwide while being based out of our South Yorkshire office.
