Job Opportunity: Operations Manager

Location:�Wigan (covering multiple sites in the North West)

Salary:�Up to �60,000 (DOE)



We are seeking an experienced�Operations Manager�to join our team, overseeing multiple sites across the North West. Based in�Wigan, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient site operations and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role will report directly to the�Operations Director�and offers a competitive salary of up to��60,000, with opportunities for career progression.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage daily operations across multiple sites in the North West, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are adhered to.

  • Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

  • Work closely with the�Operations Director�to report on progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Manage resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, to optimize performance across sites.

  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise during project delivery.



Ideal Candidate:




  • 5+ years�of experience in an operations management role, ideally within construction or related industries.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple sites and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.

  • Ability to work under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

  • Experience in budgeting, resource management, and delivering projects on time.

  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the North West as required.
