Our expansion into the US began in 2022, and we now have operations in Belfast, Dublin, Tampa (Florida), and Raleigh (North Carolina).

Due to recent expansion, we're actively seeking an Contracts Manager to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting new role where you will become a vital member of our internal operations team, playing a key role in our business. You will be responsible for the engagement and management of relationships with existing clients and contractors, as well as managing our daily operations and providing support to our internal teams.

Your responsibilities-

• Act as a primary point of contact for problems or queries from contractors and clients during onboarding or throughout the duration of the contract
• Provide regular engagement and management of relationships with existing contractors and established clients
• Contract negotiation and vendor management
• Liaise with the internal admin team to deal with additional ad hoc requirements and business compliance
• Offer IT assistance and maintain internal systems
• Oversee CRM and handle data management
• Creating reports
• Payee management and providing cover for credit checks

Requirements-

• High level of accuracy to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Experience building and maintaining strong client/ or customer relationships
