• 3 profit related bonus' - 1 tax free up to �3000 (company is an EOT business) plus a bonus in the summer and at Christmas


• Hybrid working (can do 3 days on site and 2 at home)

Our client is a successful roofing contractor who have been established for over 15 years.

They work on a national basis across various sectors including health care, education, and prisons on schemes ranging from �10k - �3m

They work mainly on flat roofing, also pitched roofing.

They value and reward their staff and have a very low staff turnover hence lots of experience in house.

The role: Roofing Contracts Manager

You will be covering schemes in the North of England

Good locations would be: The Midlands, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, The West Midlands - Birmingham, Coventry, and Peterborough and Northampton

You will be managing around 5 schemes, valued from �10k to �3m.

Typically you will be traveling to your sites over 3 days, and if needed, can work from home for the other 2 days.

You will be an experienced Contracts Manager with roofing experience.
