We have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a fast-growing general construction company who undertake a range of education and industrial/ commercial new build and refurbishment schemes.

You will be working alongside their current Contracts Manager, and will have the full support of their Construction Director.

The Role – Contracts Manager 

As a Contracts Manager, you will be office based with site visits, looking after 4 + sites of varying values, highest value project is currently £1.5m

Current schemes include a £1m classroom refurbishment and extension, and a £1m new build sports pavilion in Milton Keynes.

Other schemes include a playground resurfacing, fencing, school extension, fire doors.

The right person: Contracts Manager. 

You will be an experienced Contract Manager or Project Manager with general contracting experience.
