Due to rapid expansion and the recent opening of a new office, our client�currently has a vacancy for an experienced Contracts Manager to work in their busy Demolition department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing�friendly company committed to staff development with very good potential career development.
This role will involve general contract duties including liaising with clients, planning, quoting, attending site visits and general project management of our sites.
The ideal candidate will need the following skills and qualities: -




  • Previous Contracting experience

  • Proven record within the Demolition industry

  • Experience managing staff and our valued clients

  • Excellent administration and IT skills including word, excel & outlook as well as familiarity with programming software

  • Strong organisation skills and methodical

  • Good communication skills

  • Accurate and pays attention to detail

  • Well-Presented

  • Driving licence



The successful candidate will need to hold a full driving licence. The position will be based in their Essex region.
Package will depend on experience and what the individual can bring to the role, offering an attractive salary per annum based on this.
