Contracts Manager / Operations Manager required

We're looking for a M&E / Mechanical�Contracts Manager to lead a team of Project Managers Decarbonising Commercial Sites across the UK. The role will be positioned in support of a Head of Operations, delivering and quality assuring Major M&E Projects.
We work in partnership with this Principal Contractor who specialise in aiding Local Authorities in their mission to decarbonise Schools, Universities, Colleges & Public Sector Buildings across the UK & Ireland. Over the past few years, the company has experienced substantial growth, more than doubling its turnover.
We're looking for a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager ready to advance into a more operationally focused role. This position remains client-facing with focus on team & office expansion.

Contracts Manager Package:

�80,000 / �85,000�Base Salary
