Contracts Manager

Our client is a prominent Modular Contractor in the UK, holding a distinguished position in the market with a strong pipeline of projects in 2024 / 2025 and onwards. �They are currently looking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to assist on multiple projects across the UK starting with one in the West Midlands.��

As a key member, you will be responsible in leading and managing the site team and overseeing the clients needs and requirements throughout all phases to ensure the project meets cost, time, and quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and overseeing efficient communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support requirements of the project.


• Devising strategies to minimize risks and uphold project compliance standards.


• Contributing to the formulation of the client's brief and delivery strategy, taking charge of design management, procurement, and execution of the scheme.


• Organizing, planning, and overseeing both internal and external meetings related to the project.


• Taking the lead in the procurement process for the necessary services and works essential for project delivery.


• Possessing a grasp of budgets and estimates, and the capability to assess and question proposals put forth by contractors.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager / Contracts Manager.


• Black CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid qualified


• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders.


• Robust organizational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple projects


• Willingness to travel and stay away as needed.
