Contracts Manager - Major Projects

The Contracts manager will initially provide pre-con support to the teams and could be involved with 2 projects in Central London (both commercial office refurbishments, cut and carve) and a major new build residential scheme in Berkshire.
They also have a number of education projects in West London (�30m & �40m Academies), as well as an office / lab in Oxford that they may be involved in.
Duties:
In this company, a contracts manager will either run a single large project as the overall strategic leader and client liaison, or a number of smaller �20m-�40m projects where again they provide the overall leadership and client liaison and trouble shooting. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client and project reports get issued on time, review the project board packs prior to sending on to the directors, making sure the sites are running as they should and safety and quality standards are being adhered to. Provide advice to the team on contractual disputes and help the team by mentoring and coaching where necessary.
