Contracts Manager

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager actively seeking a new and exciting opportunity. Fawkes & Reece are working with a well established principal contractor who operate across London and the Home Counties for over a century with an annual turnover of circa �50million. This Principal contractor predominantly focuses on refurbishment projects within the MOD, Education, Health care, Leisure, Industrial and Residential sector on projects ranging from �1million - �20million.

Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager:

• Overseeing approximately 3-4 projects at any one time.
• Strong involvement in the preconstruction phase of the project, as well as delivery of the project through to handover.
• Managing a team of site staff and subcontractors.
• Quality Assurance
• Health & Safety

Requirements for the Contracts Manager:

• Ideally Degree educated in a Construction related subject i.e. Construction management / Civil Engineering
• Proven experience of managing multiple projects at any one time and being involved in each project at different stages of the build process
• Experience of projects in a similar sector as outlined above and of a similar project value
• SMSTS
• CSCS
