Day to Day:
To oversee a refurbishment project on a prison in Devon, managing the mechanical team on site and liaising with the main contractor, seeing the programme through to completion.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Experienced contracts manager ideally with a strong mechanical background
Suitably qualified with mechanical related qualifications - HNC in building services
Experience of working on a Tier one contractor site
Experience of working on a live site and completing refurbishment works
Excellent knowledge of H&S on site
IT literacy and excellent communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
