Contracts Manager

Premises Recruitment are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to work for a leading Social Housing Maintenance Contractor.

It is a permanent vacancy based out of my client's SW Essex office and will be responsible for covering their contract in Hackney, East London.

The role will involve:

managing voids, responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and dis-repairs.

Salary�will depend on experience and ability and remuneration will also include a company Van for travel.�

My client is seeking stability in previous job history and is keen to have a locally based Contracts Manager who can commute easily between Essex and East London.
