Contracts Manager Role:

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of multiple residential projects.

Your expertise will help to maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility of multiple sites at different stages and locations.
  • Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of residential contracts.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager overseeing residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
