CONTRACTS MANAGER

We are looking for a General/Contracts Manager to work for a general building contracts in and around Whitley Bay.

The role will be working closely with the Managing Director to support the team on a day to day basis and assist in growing the business inline with company strategy

You will be responsible for:

Conducting Toolbox Talks

Commercial oversight/QS responsibility for roofing works

Ordering materials and organising deliveries to deliver to program

Liaising professionally with clients

Support and managing team members including apprentices�
